Processing Times

Typically it takes us 1-3 business days to process orders. For preorder items, see individual listings for more information.

Return, Exchange, & Cancellations

Due to our fast processing times, we are unable to accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping amount. Item must be returned in original condition. If the item is returned to us damaged or altered, we may deny a refund.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Please track your shipment to ensure it is delivered safely. We cannot offer compensation for stolen packages, so please ensure your mail is delivered to a secure place.

Our system will automatically send a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, and we depend on your provided valid mailing address and email being accurate and valid. We are unable to offer compensation for lost packages due to an invalid or inaccurate email or mailing address. If you haven’t received an order confirmation or tracking number, reach out to us.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, reach out USPS directly here. We unfortunately cannot offer compensation for lost international packages. Any delivery issues must be resolved with the carrier.

If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of all packaging and email them to us at shop@curlworks.net.

International Shipping

International shipping typically takes between 1-4 weeks, but may take longer. International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please pay attention to the provided tracking number to ensure you are aware of any customs issues and so you can prepare for delivery.

Damaged Items

Our team quality checks every item that we ship out— but in the rare instance that you receive a defective item or one of our products has broken with regular use, please reach out to us.
