Shipping & Returns
Processing Times
Typically it takes us 1-3 business days (excl. holidays & weekends) to ship most of our items that are not made-to-order. All made-to-order items take approximately 1-2 weeks to produce. See individual listings for more information.
Return & Cancellation Policy
We accept returns and exchanges, except in the case of custom merchandise or perishable items. Due to our fast processing times, we are unable to accept order cancellations.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship item back within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If you'd like to return your item, you will be refunded for the item's cost, minus any shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Shipping
We ship everywhere except the UK— if you are in the UK, please shop through our Etsy instead. International shipping typically takes between 1-4 weeks, but may take longer. International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please take photos and email them to us at shop@curlworks.net. We cannot offer compensation for stolen packages— please ensure your mail is delivered to a secure place. If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, reach out to us at shop@curlworks.net and we can look into it. We unfortunately cannot offer compensation for lost international packages.
